RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or replacement, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons not attributable to our error are not eligible. Custom items are not eligible for return.

Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@shopchillfuzz.com for a return authorization and instructions. We will contact you in 2 working days.

Important Notes:
- Do not return items without prior communication.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Inspection:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the following timeframes:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any questions.
- PayPal: Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, please:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Shipping Returns:
To return your product, contact us at service@shopchillfuzz.com for instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be recognized, delaying your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. If the item value exceeds $50, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Additional Notes:
- Returns or replacements are applicable only to items purchased on shopchillfuzz.com. For purchases from third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly.
- All accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for refunds. Devices must be in "as new" condition with original sealed packaging. If an accessory is returned for no reason, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For faulty or DOA devices, we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation of warranty status.
